» Jim Lewis, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Vacation Development, has become 2006 chairman of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce.

» George Livingston, chairman of NAI Realvest in Maitland, has been named to the board of governors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals Research Foundation.

» James Dinneen, former city manager of Dayton, Ohio, is the new county manager in Volusia County. He replaces Cindy Coto, who has been approved as the new manager in Seminole County.

» Alan Rowe, president and CEO of First Commercial Bank of Florida, has been elected to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Jacksonville. ? Nemours COO David Bailey has been named president and CEO of the Nemours Foundation, which is planning a new children's hospital in Orlando.

» Robert H. "Bob" Brown is new president and CEO of the Heart of Florida United Way.
